Newcastle-based Botanicals Flower Tours, the pioneering movement dedicated to celebrating and elevating women in floriculture, is proud to announce its continued global growth with the launch of The Flower Summit: Women Who Bloom, the first Australian event of its kind scheduled for November 2026.

This unique flower summit will be a landmark two-day gathering in Newcastle featuring:

  • International guest speakers from the United States and beyond as well as leading Australian female flower growers and designers.

  • Breakout sessions and masterclasses designed to educate and empower women at all stages of their floral journey.

  • Panel discussions spotlighting innovation, sustainability and the future of floriculture. Networking opportunities that foster collaboration across the industry.

  • A summit-closing cocktail celebration honouring women in floriculture. This exciting event marks a new chapter for Botanicals Flower Tours, transforming the movement from intimate flower farm tours into a platform for global education, creativity, empowerment and community.

Founded by Jessica Eckford-Aguilera, an Australian floral creative for more than 25 years, Botanicals Flower Tours was born from a vision to create immersive, life-changing experiences for female flower growers, designers and creatives in Australia and around the world. “Following our recent and highly successful inaugural Botanicals Flower Tour through Washington State, USA, our brand is now expanding to include large-scale industry events like The Flower Summit in 2026 that champion women’s voices in our community,” says Jessica. “Our tours and events are designed to showcase and elevate females in floriculture,” she adds. “We are building a global sisterhood where women in the world of flowers can feel supported, connected and heard, and our inaugural Flower Summit is a key part of our ongoing vision and innovations.”
